We are hoping that in the future all of our valued subscribers would be able to enjoy their subscription with the new portal as most of the customer are able to successfully access their subscription with the new portal. However, as they said: Currently since we are still on the process of migration we understand that some customers are still unable to adopt with the new portal in accessing the subscription. The bad news is that they are currently on process of migration from the old portal to the new portal and there are still no usual features. The good news is that you can log in to new portal using your old account. Thus to access your downloads instead of /subscriptions/downloads you should visit my./downloads.
